Special bond

I'm so glad the sun decided to make an appearance today. I've wanted to share a layout that I've done for the latest challenge at Frosted Designs, but I couldn't get any decent pictures without the sun. I was finally able to today. And this is my entry for the challenge:

The products I used are My Mind's Eye "Miss Caroline" collection, Leaky Shed circle chipboard, Spellbinder's Foliage dies, Martha Stewart punches, Color Box antique ink pad, yellow liquid pearls, cheesecloth, Tim Holtz Tonic distresser, and flower mixture from Prima and Petaloo. And a few close-ups to share:



 

I stamped and heat embossed the images, then added liquid pearls for added texture and interest.

 

 

And this is the sketch we had to use. I turned it for my layout.
