Hello there! I'm sharing a new layout that I've done for the current challenge over at The Paper Mixing Bowl. It's been awhile since I've done any of their challenges so I figured I'd give it a try again. I love the colors this month.

This is the current recipe challenge...

I used three of the utensils: wet medium, metallic elements, and bling.

And here's what I was able to create...

She will officially be a teenager this year- gosh do I feel old. I journalled on the back her current favorites and what her goals are this year. And some of the details close up...

Little girls, like butterflies need no excuse

Good morning, my friends! I'm sharing with you today a new layout that I created for the January sketch challenge at My Creative Sketches. I love all the layers in the sketch so I had to play along. The fabulous sketch was designed by Kim Keane and here is her sketch...

For my layout I chose papers from the Tiger Lily collection by Kaisercraft. First, I distressed all the layers with my Zutter, then added a few small random tears to the background. The doilies I sprayed with Cherry Limeade by Tattered Angels. The lace, pearls, and flowers are from my stash.
